A: We use plain, discreet packaging, with no reference to research chemicals or Randus Chemical. UPS/ DHL Express is declared as an ‘analytical sample’ for legal reasons.

A: Your order will generally be shipped within 1 business days of us receiving payment.
A: This depends on the service. Our shipping page has more info but for rough guides use the following estimates:
$40 Normal Shipping : 4-5 working days.
$70 Express Shipping : 2 working days.
$90 Same day delivery
These are estimates. Please be patient, we can do NOTHING to speed up customs or shipping once sent.
A: If you have chosen a tracked shipping option, your order will not be reshipped if it arrived in your country and you did not collect it. We also offer a reshipment if seized by customs in certain conditions. Reshipment is also available if you did not like the product.
A: If you have not received a confirmation email then please check your spam box / junk section. If you still have not received it then it may not go out until your payment has been confirmed.
A: For now we are sending tracking numbers manually, please be patient, it will most often be sent the day after it is shipped as we don’t receive the tracked til towards the end of the day.
